Terms and Conditions

Version FWC-2026-10-23-v5 · 23 October 2026

These terms describe the website service below. Ordering is available only when checkout is enabled. Internal test payments do not take real money. Browsing or previewing the form does not place an order.

1. Who we are

FreeWebsiteClub is operated by Creaton Talent Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17489877. Our registered office is 1 Coldbath Square, London, EC1R 5HL, England. Contact us at hello@creatonmgmt.com for service questions, complaints, cancellation or refunds.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old. If you order for a company or another person, you must have authority to enter the agreement for them. Give accurate information, use a payment method you are entitled to use and keep your contact details up to date. We may ask for reasonable evidence where eligibility or authority is in doubt. A checkbox is a declaration, not identity verification.

The service is designed for business websites. If you are legally a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the rights that apply to you. Calling an order a business purchase does not itself remove consumer protection.

3. Your order and account

Choose your website and any optional extras, check the full price and accept these terms before payment. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance following successful payment. We will provide the agreed order details and terms in a format you can keep. If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we will refund it.

After payment, create your account, then complete your business details form. Use your email, password and password confirmation, or a supported sign-in provider when available. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We do not make you responsible for a security failure caused by us. Creating an account does not create a second subscription.

4. What is included

The £59 monthly base plan includes a complete one-page website, hosting, a free FreeWebsiteClub.uk address and edits to that page. Build and setup cost £0. Extra pages and features are optional. We will not add paid extras without your agreement. The order summary identifies everything you have chosen.

Your active plan includes unlimited updates to subscribed pages, including text, photos, prices, opening hours, contact details and adjustments to the existing layout. Requests are handled one at a time in an agreed order. There is no monthly request limit and a request can contain several edits. We confirm timing based on the work required. A replacement design, a new website, additional pages, ecommerce or custom applications needs a separately agreed scope and price. You can decline it.

We do not promise a particular number of enquiries, sales, visitors or search-engine rankings. Booking and other third-party services may require their own account, terms and fees, which must be explained before you agree to them.

5. Prices and renewals

The base plan is £59 per month for months 1–6, then £29.50 per month from month 7. Selected extra pages are £9 per page per month during months 1–6. Booking integration is available by registering interest, with setup and pricing agreed separately before purchase. Registering interest does not add a charge or order. Existing confirmed booking subscriptions keep their agreed pricing. The whole recurring monthly bill, including these selected extras, halves from month 7. Domain charges, one-off charges and separately quoted SEO services do not halve. SEO requires a bespoke quote and a separate agreement before purchase. Registering interest is not an order. Prices shown are total prices; no VAT is currently added.

Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled. Your confirmed order shows the recurring total, any one-off charges and billing arrangements. We will not retrospectively increase an agreed price. Any proposed change to future pricing will be explained before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel before being charged the new amount.

If a payment fails, we will contact you and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspending service, unless immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons. An unpaid charge does not authorise an unagreed extra or penalty.

6. Your details, photos and privacy information

Give us accurate information about your business and only supply material you own or have permission to use. This includes logos, photos, testimonials, personal information and documents. You keep ownership of your own material and give us permission to use and adapt it as needed to deliver your website and agreed services. This does not give us permission to sell it or use it in unrelated marketing.

Real, good-quality photos give the most relevant result. Suitable stock images may be used where you do not supply photos, but must not be represented as examples of your actual work, staff or premises. Before-and-after comparisons and claims about completed work must reflect real projects.

If you ask us to prepare a privacy policy, it will be based on your answers and the actual website features and providers. Answer honestly and flag anything you do not know. Missing facts must be resolved before the policy is approved for use. Check the policy before launch and tell us when your processing changes. A prepared policy is not a guarantee that your business complies with every applicable law, and it does not replace any specialist advice your activities require. We remain responsible for exercising reasonable care and skill in our own work; your approval does not excuse our errors.

You must not supply or request unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive or malicious content, fake reviews, unauthorised personal information or material that compromises security. We may refuse or remove affected content, explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it where appropriate.

7. Building and approving your website

We will make the initial website live within 72 calendar hours of successful payment and receipt of your complete approved brief, content and required access. Waiting for your decisions or final approval pauses the clock. Requested changes may need a reasonable revised deadline, which we will explain. Our own delays do not restart the clock. If a consumer cancellation period applies and you have not expressly requested an early start, work begins after that period ends, once the required inputs are ready.

You review the website before it goes live and can ask us to change anything you do not like. We publish only with your express approval. This intake website only collects and confirms the brief; it does not itself build or publish the website.

8. Our pre-launch design refund

If you are unhappy with the final design before launch, we will refund your payment. Tell us at hello@creatonmgmt.com before the website goes live. This promise is additional to your legal rights. It does not remove rights to remedies after launch if the service is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet the contract.

9. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@creatonmgmt.com with the email or reference for your order. No particular wording is required. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Hosting and edits continue until the end of the period already paid for, then end and the hosted website goes offline unless a separate move has been agreed. We will confirm cancellation. Cancelling renewal does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period, except where the design-refund promise or your legal rights apply.

You do not have to buy the website to cancel. A website release fee applies only if you separately choose to take the website elsewhere.

10. Additional rights if you are a consumer

For an online service contract, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us by email or post using a clear statement. You may use the cancellation form below, but do not have to.

We will start work within that period only if you expressly ask us to. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for services actually supplied is payable only where the law permits and the required information and express request have been provided. This does not reduce our pre-launch design-refund promise. We do not treat accepting these terms as a request for early performance or as giving up cancellation rights.

Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we will make it within 14 days of being told of your cancellation, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any loss of a statutory cancellation right requires the separate conditions set by law; simply creating an account, submitting a brief or approving terms does not waive it. Your rights to reasonable care and skill and remedies for faulty services remain.

11. Website ownership and moving away

FreeWebsiteClub owns the website we create, excluding your existing content and third-party material. Your active subscription gives you permission to use it with our hosting and editing service.

If you choose to take it elsewhere, the website release costs £299 before month 7, or £199 from month 7. New hosting and separately agreed migration work cost extra. Before you agree, we will explain the files and usage rights included, any third-party licence restrictions and any features that need replacement. We cannot transfer rights we do not own. Your existing content remains yours regardless of whether you buy a release.

12. Domains and website addresses

An existing domain stays with your provider and you remain responsible for its renewals. A free FreeWebsiteClub.uk address is part of our domain, not a separate domain you own.

If new-domain requests are enabled, a standard domain is approximately £19 for the first year. The exact price depends on the address and ending, and we confirm it with you before you approve any separate payment. It is not included in your initial website checkout. We confirm the exact address and price with you and arrange a separate domain payment only after you approve them. Requesting or checking an address does not authorise a domain charge. The separately agreed domain price does not halve after six months. Renewals are arranged separately and automatic renewal is off. You own the domain and keep it if you cancel your website subscription. We will cooperate with moving control of it.

A search does not reserve a domain. Registration starts only after confirmed payment, verified account access and your confirmation of accurate domain-owner details and the disclosed registrar agreement. Those registration details are shared privately with Cloudflare Registrar and the relevant registry. Unavailable, unsupported, premium or higher-priced domains are not charged as a standard domain. If availability or registration requirements prevent fulfilment after payment, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund the unfulfilled domain charge; you do not need to pay twice.

13. Privacy and third parties

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use account, payment, support and supplied business information. Reading that notice is not consent to unrelated marketing. Your own website needs notices and settings that reflect its activities. Where we process your visitors’ personal information on your instructions, appropriate data-processing terms must be agreed before that processing starts.

We will explain relevant third-party dependencies and licence restrictions. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility for the services we have agreed to provide.

14. Problems, responsibility and ending service

Contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can investigate and put it right. We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms prevents you exercising a legal remedy or complaining to a regulator.

For a serious breach, we may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary, explain why and allow a reasonable chance to remedy it where possible. Immediate action may be needed for unlawful content, a security threat or a legal obligation. If we end service without your breach, we will refund unused prepaid service. We will not use suspension to avoid a valid refund or cancellation.

If events outside our reasonable control cause delay, we will tell you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. We will discuss cancellation and any refund due if we cannot provide the service. This does not override your legal rights or our design-refund promise.

15. Changes, complaints and governing law

The version accepted with your order applies to it. Necessary future changes will be explained in advance where possible, will not retrospectively remove accrued rights and will not impose an unagreed charge. If a material change affects an ongoing service, you may cancel before it takes effect. Separately agreed order details prevail for that order, subject to mandatory law.

Send complaints to hello@creatonmgmt.com or our registered office. Include your order reference and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and explain our response. You remain free to seek independent advice and use any applicable legal remedy.

English and Welsh law governs the agreement. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protection or access to courts available under the law of your place of residence. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues where legally possible. Delaying enforcement of a right does not waive it.
